Who we are. We are DAHTint. This explains what we do with the information you give us on this site. Our website, booking and email are run for us by DAHTint, a software company, under contract and only on our instructions. We are the business you're dealing with.

What we collect. When you get a quote: your vehicle's year, make, model and the options you pick. When you book: your name, email, phone, appointment time and your payments. When you pay: Stripe collects your name, email and phone and passes them to us. When you contact us: your name, email, phone and message.

Payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe's own page. Card numbers never reach us or DAHTint.

Why. To quote, book, remind, do the work, take payment, keep our records, and reply to you. Nothing else.

Who handles it. DAHTint hosts our site and stores our records. Stripe processes payments. Postmark delivers our email. Cloudflare and Supabase provide the hosting and database. They handle your information only to run our site for us, not for their own use. Our staff see what they need to do your job. We also disclose information if the law requires, or if the business is sold.

What we don't do. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. No ad cookies, no analytics, no session recording on this site.

Cookies. We use cookies only for staff sign-in. Getting a quote or booking doesn't set any.

Do Not Track. We don't track you across other websites, so a Do Not Track signal changes nothing here.

Reviews and photos. Our site shows our Google reviews as Google publishes them, and photos of our work. If one is yours and you want it off our site, tell us.

How long. We keep your records as long as we need them for your job, our warranty, and our business and tax records.

Your choices. Contact us to see, correct, or ask us to delete your information; we'll do what we can and tell you what we have to keep. We only send email about your quote, booking, or payment.

Changes. New versions are posted here with a new date.
